The Hair Tie Rebel is a handmade hair wrap tie, tied and held in place with velcro fasteners.

Plain Leopard hair wrap tie. It has 4 loops/straps, meaning it is a midi length hair piece, about 6 1/2 inches long, for holding a pony tail and it ties in place with these 4 loops/straps that fastens easily with velcro so the wearer can tighten or loosen around their hair. The material is a leopard vinyl. 

The Hair Tie Rebel can be made out of many materials and embellishments. It can be made into a shorter or longer hair wrap tie.
